Hôtel bruyant en bord de route avec énormément de circulation, pas de fenêtre et de gentils cafards qui se promènent dans la chambre. Certains ont été écrasés par d’anciens clients et ne sont même pas retirés…

Scary hotel with terrible service
I booked this hotel because they offered a free shuttle to/from the airport. Scheduling the shuttle is a joke. It arrived at the airport 50 minutes after our arrival at the meet up location. The hotel itself is old, scary and buggy. The road noise was excessive all night. The toilet needed extra flushing. The front desk staff were not very accommodating. They tried to charge more for the San Miguel beer than it stayed on the menu in the room. The breakfast was not good. On my sandwich, I’d guess I received 1/4 of an egg and 3 pieces of bread. I scheduled the airport return shuttle in advance, reminded the front desk staff 15 minutes in advance and it still didn’t pick us up until 20 minutes after our scheduled time. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Choose Somewhere Else.
It started badly, when I arranged airport transfer which didn’t show. When I question why, they said they didn’t have my number even though I have messages from them saying thank you for passing my phone number on. The room was spacious and clean although phone didn’t work, not very good if in the event of an emergency. I had to go down to reception to order room service, first time for that. Food was good and plenty of it, although when I went down for breakfast the following morning there were roaches running around. Generally not a good stay, shame as I have travelled to different parts of Philippines and this was the last and by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in during my time there.

The hotel room was clean, the bed was comfortable however we did have issues with the Wi-Fi. The complementary breakfast was adequate. The location was close to the airport and close to the SM mall.

It was okay but our have a lot of cockroaches. We ask the frontdesk to use bug spray while we’re gone and make up the room but they didn’t do it. Food is burnt but they still serve it.

Menu says '114' but staff says it is '1114' UPDATE IT! -Airport shuttle wasn't available as advertised. -Bugs in bed -Brought incomplete meals to room without coffee (coffee never arrived, had to buy from outside) -Kitchen ignores all calls -Hotel guard mistakenly interrupts me at 6am while I was having sex with my girlfriend due to wrong room. I was room 205 and check out 2 days later. No reason to knock on my door at 6am. I don't blame the guard for this incident. I blame the one who got the rooms mixed up and ordered the guard to knock on the wrong room door. Very idiotic mistake that doesn't happen in other well developed countries. Hotels in other smart countries would call the room first, extend the room if the guest overstays, or simply just leave the guest alone and deal with it at check out, but no! Here I get repeated knocks on the door, I tried to attempt to ignore the knocks, but the knocking during sex was so annoying by the 3rd time I was forced to answer the door! This hotel is ran by brainless idiots! Sadly I was a guest at this hotel for several past visits. But the service has gotten worse after the renovation. Hotel just got bigger with worst service! Never staying at this hotel again!

Name is Alfred, this hotel has always been my number one choice in the past, even during the time I was sick for 3 months I stayed at Oyster. But after their expansion this year in 2024, the hotel's quality service has declined a lot. They no longer answer their '114' or '1114' calls to order in breakfast. I tried calling that number on Saturday October 5th and never got an answer, so dialed '0' to get the fromt desk to contact the kitchen for my order. The coffee I placed with the order never arrived. Knowing that food service can't be trusted to be brought to my room, I decided to dine in the next day to realize why staff won't answer their phone. The dining room had a lot more tables but not enough staff to manage the place. I saw the phone ringing as the only waitress in the restaurant was busy serving the entire room. So I see why my calls were blatantly ignored the previous day. Then on the morning of Monday, October 7th. I was rudely interrupted by the hotel guard who kept repeatey knocking on my door while I was having sex at 6am in the morning! Has this hotel ever heard of using the phone!? I was furious and marched downstairs to the lobby asking why the hell did the guard knock on my door at 6 in the morning! My checkout wasn't until the 8th! Turns out there was a mistake between knowing room 205 (my rooom) and room 250. This is the main reason why I am submitting this review! The staff here a bunch of incompetent idiots! And I used to like this hotel! 0 stars!

No 24/7 shuttle service as advertised. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Location is noisy. Building is old, cleanliness not great, saw some false eyelashes on the bathroom wall. Also saw some crawling insects.
