As the door lock was broken, the service took care of me as soon as I asked for a repair. Correspondence was good early. It is better to think that service fees such as room service will be paid on the spot.

The property was absolutely beautiful and well-kept. I had absolutely no complaints about cleanliness or maintenance. The staff were so welcoming and hospitable - it really felt like a home away from home! The breakfast buffet was outstanding with endless choices. Overall, this place is a really great deal!
