Heritage Hotel Conveniently Located

We stayed in the room 231 which wasn’t up to the Kempinski’s hotel star rates: Stains on couch and armchair Marks on the floor Scratches on walls and furniture Coffee table has plenty of stains after cups Bathroom amenities: one day plenty, the other day- we need to ask for, had one piece of soap for the whole week No PowerPoints in the bathroom Towels are very old and bathrobes have stains No shaving amenities No sewing kit No iron and iron board. Common area: toilet doesn’t have hand soap and hand dryer. Amazing staycation to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. The room is very spacious and comfortable. We received a warm welcome cake and a nice fruits basket in our room upon our arrival. However, the walkway at basement 3 from the hotel to the mall car park is untidy and disorganised, otherwise everything else is excellent 👍
