Good afternoon, I am writing to inform you that today at 9am I was the victim of mistreatment by an employee. It turns out that I made a reservation for two days and paid 171.29 and then because my work in this city was extended I requested an extension and reserved another day for 100.51 to check out on the 28th. Even though I had made this reservation, the employee came to the door knocking loudly 3 times telling me that I had to leave the room because my check out is today and that I should not pay. I showed her my receipt, confirmation number, everything necessary, and she even threatened to call the police on me. I am a person who constantly rents hotels and something like this has never happened to me and such a lack of respect. I came home from working all night and that person interrupted my rest, so I think the most reasonable thing is that I be reimbursed the money for my stay.
