Good Location
The hotel is quiet with basic amenities. It is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. It does, however, require a deep clean.

Cozy. Stay out of the pool
I liked the motel. Cozy is an apt word. Pool was not suitable for swimming in. The water was green & cloudy. lol. There should have been a sign stating to stay out

We stay here because it is close to the ferry and reasonably priced. It is dated but the suites are spacious and have a lovely Courtyard. They advertise Kitchenettes but really just fridge and microwave an a few dishes. There is a 2 burner stove but no pots or pans. There is very little cutlery supplies. But was just fine for our stay and we would stay again.

This is a well kept aging property with friendly staff. The room had an old seventies West Coast vibe with cooking amenities and a nice courtyard pool. We look forward to staying again .

The room did not look like the picture , bedside tables were sticky and the paint was peeling off. Cracks in the floor, cracks in the tiles above the tub, cracks in the heart. They only gave us one access card due to them saying they get stolen which made it very inconvenient for the two of us to organize our time there. When we arrived we were told with a smile that the pool was about the same temperature as the ocean. It looks nice on the website but it was too cold to swim in. I choose this hotel based on the pictures and the pool. I did not get either for 175 a night.

A little quirky, but clean and convenient and staff is pleasant. One of the most comfortable motel beds I've ever slept in.

Nice greeting. The pool was not really that appealing as the pictures would have you believe but the room is large and the bed was comfortable.

The lady at the desk was nice. The place was pretty old and not updated but was clean. Pool was very cold. Very few staff there as there was very few rooms used each night.

2/10 Poor

The “hotel” is nothing like the photos they show on their site. The place is filthy dirty, everything is so old, we were very disappointed and disgusted by this place. I wouldn’t recommend never going to this place. This is the worse hotel I have ever been to.

Good for a stop over, but most of the excitement in Gibsons is down by the waterfront which is 1km down a hill. The motel itself was OK but the pool was closed and we tried to check in a bit early and were told to come back at 3PM. If you are going to spend a couple of days i think i would find something by the harbor.

2/10 Poor

I was quite disappointed with my stay. The pool is not heated so it’s freezing and so no fun for the kiddos I was with. My sheets had stains I didn’t notice until the second day. My kitchenette sink did not run water. There was one fork and one knife… not even a spoon. Glad I brought my own. When I got there, the fridge wouldn’t close so I went to tell the lady who checked me in and she was pretty unconcerned about it. She told me that there wasn’t much she could do, they were booked up solid… but she asked the maintenance person to have a look. I told her I needed a fridge and she just stared blank at me… the maintenance person who was very friendly and helpful managed to find one for me… lights were burnt out in the bathroom and some of the outlets didn’t work… they don’t do any turndown service unless you’re there for 3 nights… but they leave an envelope for tips… they don’t have any pillows to spare. The bed was incredibly creeky, couldn’t move without it making noise.. Aaaand, when I was leaving, at 10:25am packing up my car, not even checked out, they were already in my room cleaning when I came back for my stuff. Check out is at 11am. Terrible facilities, I will never recommend it…. But The staff was friendly.

It is one of the most beautifully designed small hotels we stayed. Old but cozy and clean. The beds were the worst experience we ever had; extremely soft and noisy springs don’t let you turn from one side to other without waking up. I would give it a 4 star easily if not for the beds. The staff is friendly and helpful. We thank them for their hospitality.
