It was the worst experiencie we had. We arrive to check in at 20 pm, but there was nobody there. No human being from the hotel to do the check in.
The put a phone number on the door "if you arrive later, please call xxx number". We called that number any times, may be 20 times, but nothing, the number didn`t work.
The next morning, people from Zenitude told me they give back our money of the reservation (we have already pay it), but later, Expedia told us Zenitude deny to give our money back.
Awful experiencie.
