Good for solo travellers.
Nice hotel.
Pros:
Good price.
Nice breakfast
Located near the station
Cons:
Located near the station... (So you have to walk a lot).
Kind of small. Definitely not for more than 1 person.

It was close to Hiroshima station. But if u want to b near the sites of Hiroshima u will need to catch the electric trams everywhere. U can use your Suca card on these trams. Nice to have tea, coffee and welcome cake each day. U can also access cold drinks for free. There is a laundry with driers and you can buy washing powder from the dispenser. Our room was small and the bed was only double put up against a wall. So if u want something more spacious check your booking. I am sure they have larger rooms. Very friendly staff as is always the case in Japan

Quiet location but limited eateries nearby
Walking distance from train station. Easy to locate and hassle free check in. Room size is standard and typical with narrow aisle for Japanese business hotels. Furnishing seems a little dated but generally clean and acceptable. Limited food options near hotel, with majority of the choices near train station.

Everything works for a short stopover
Convenient to Hiroshima station, but the first time you go, you may wonder which of two roads to take. (They converge in a V.) If you make the right choice, you'll see the sign right away on the right. If you don't see the sign, go back and try the other road.

Great value for your bucks
Check in was lighting fast. Front desk was fluent in English so she could explain everything relevant to know about the hotel rules as well as answer my questions. They addressed any request I had during my stay. And even after: I forgot a personal item in my room and they were able to arrange for my next hotel the package they'd send on my behalf. Last but not least the hotel is located 5-8 mins from the JR Station.

Great staff, good location, nice quiet room.
Friendly and helpful hotel staff and clean room. Nice cold AC in room and nice en suite. Just a short walk from Hiroshima station. The paid breakfast is good too. Good WiFi, great bike rental (if you use the bike less than 3 hours, it's free!), albeit small size. Would recommend.

Close to Train Station
This is a small Hotel with small rooms. It appears to be located away from the main attraction of the Peace Memorial Park, but is close in walking distance to the Hiroshima City Museum of Contemporary Art and the Carps Baseball stadium. We only stayed in Hiroshima for 1 night, so this hotel was sufficient. The Vessel Inn is non-descript but is located close to the Train Stops, so it was easy to get around the city to see the A-Bomb Dome and down to the island of Miyajima on our own. The local people were extraordinarily welcoming, and the Hiroshima Okonomiyaki lived up to its reputation, as there are a multitude of ways to prepare it, and there is a nice eatery close to the hotel.
