We stayed for 10nights and 5x we had to call front desk because the water heater wasn’t working. They would send a service crew to reset the water heater and it would work for a day or two. Very frustrating!!! The other problem was our key card; it failed to open the door 4x. Our room was located on the 5th floor and had to walk all the way to the front desk(atleast 10mins one way) to get new set of cards 3X out of 10 and on the 4th time that happened, the door lock where you tap the card was actually the problem. But before that, staff kept saying that we exposed our key cards with electronics/cel phones that’s why it’s not working! Now, they said the door lock battery was depleted. We were locked out of our room for 1hour and 20mins. Staff needs to explain more about the situation and what to expect when they are fixing something and NOT just leave you hanging to help another guest in the hotel while your issue is not yet resolved. Situation is already very BAD and poor communication escalated the situation. Some staff were very nice but there are some that are rude. I don’t recommend this place and will NOT return here.
