This is not a 4 start hotel. There is no bell service, despite the video on their website. There is a lobby bar, but that doesn't mean that you can actually get a drink there. There were about 3 staff for the entire hotel, which meant that you had to flag down the bartender/dishwasher/waiter/maid to get a drink. The sauna and jacuzzi were not turned on and there was no staff for the spa. We asked the front desk about the spa and he said "oh maybe I should turn it on...other guests might want to use it." It was 17:00pm.
Our room was very cold. We called the front desk because the heat was not working. We were told to wait for 15 minutes and if it doesn't get warm then someone will have to look at it in the morning. The next morning, we were assured that someone would manually activate our heat while we were out visiting family for the day. No one came to turn on our heat and we spent another cold night in our room.
Breakfast was served in the restaurant on our first day, but there was no staff to greet us, take our order for hot items, or otherwise tend to us. After 20 minutes, a couple appeared and acted as if we had inconvenienced them for coming to breakfast. On the second day, the restaurant had been setup for a conference and there was no sign directing us to where breakfast was being served. After some investigation we found that breakfast was being served right next to the construction, so was had a side of drywall and concrete dust with our eggs. AWFUL.
