On the positive side, the owner and the staff were very friendly and helpful. And, the hotel itself was very well located.
HOWEVER!!
Their listing on Expedia showed that they have a restaurant and bar. In reality they do not have them or they are closed.
This is particularly disturbing because:
I AM QUADRIPLEGIC AND IN A WHEELCHAIR. AND,I ONLY BOOK HOTELS WHICH HAVE A RESTAURANT AND BAR because if we arrive later than 7:00 PM after a day traveling by bus (as was the case) we probably will not want to endure the hardship (particularly for my wife - who is pushing the wheelchair) of maneuvering the wheelchair over cobbled streets.
They offered to call for 'take-out' which we accepted. But, we had to wait more than 90 minutes for delivery of the meal, and when it arrived it was inedible. The only thing they could say was "We will not use that restaurant again"
The hotel itself was poorly maintained - chipped paint (needs a complete repainting), and somewhat grubby (in need of deep cleaning)
