Average hotel with better options available elsewhere.
Hotel staff are disorganized and surprisingly very unfriendly when compared to the normally warm and lovely Thai people.
Upon arrival key cards to the room didn't work and required several trips back and forth to reception; key cards also lost they coding periodically during the stay requiring more trips to reception.
AC in the room will do as it pleases ans the thermostat controller has little control, it was typically either very cold or blowing hot. Best left off overnight.
Cold shower on the first morning until maintenance made some adjustments but still the shower would fluctuate better very hot and cold when in use.
Beyond the reception the hotel is run down, with very average cleaning. Be careful with using the glasses and cups in the room as these are cleaned with tap water and towels.
The hotel is far from the main business, shopping and tourist areas with little public transportation options which requires lots of taxis or "grab" to get around. But as the hotel is on a busy road it can take up to 45minutes to 1hr to reach common areas; often Grab drivers will cancel the ride before arriving due to the traffic to and from this area.
Also be aware the room has poor noise insulation and music from street or other guests in the hallway/nearby rooms can be loud.
Very busy breakfast area and lobby in the mornings as it is used by large tour groups.
