After requesting, they eventually provided a room, but it had a noticeable smoke smell. The TV wasn't working, and I had to call housekeeping to get it fixed. Overall, the service and room quality were below average, especially considering the high price.

I had one major concern. When I booked room I opted 3 adults and one child. This room just had one king bed which does not accommodate 4. They provided a cot which was not very comfortable. I wish it was clarified in hotels.com listing, having known the arrangement I would have never booked this room for 4.

Comfortable hotel, quite busy for checkin, only one restaurant with mostly Indian buffet, very few non-spicy options - and nothing nearby (non-buffet options were available). Tea machine broken at the time. Quite far from everything, cannot use metro. Count on about 1hr anywhere in Dehli. Decent practical service but not a ton of attention like you get elsewhere in the country.
