For a lower cost hotel this is an excellent hotel. Better than Comfort suites. Great breakfast until 10;00 am and they continue to refill up to the end! The only reason it did not get an excellent is they do not have WiFi.

Overall hotels is pretty nice just to sleep on, my room was nice the o my thing is that as soon as we went in it smell really strong like humidity we didn’t change the room at that time because we check in late and we were really tired but the next day when I tired to change the room because it was smelling even worst the we’re not able to give me a new room.

The staff was pleasant, the breakfast was edible (not much more), and the state of the rooms is deceiving. It looks nice but there was dirt all over the floor, the sheets were dirty, the bed was so old that you could see the dents in the mattress. The only redeeming part of this stay was the location. Booked for a quick stay in Orlando for a good price. We had one adult (myself) and three teens. The beds were clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked but rattled horribly. The mini fridge leaked water all over the floor the first night we were there. I told the front desk the next morning and the guy told me someone would stop by. We returned late that evening and no one had come by. We had to leave soaked towels on the floor overnight to ensure our things didn’t get wet. I informed the same guy the next morning and he apologized for the inconvenience. The breakfast was decent with eggs, sausage, breads, yogurt, and cereal.

Pleasantly Surprised
I was concerned that the place wouldn't complement the price. But, I was wrong. This was exactly what my family needed with the budget we had. The office staff was very nice at check-in. Our room was clean and fresh. It looked great with the decor colors. When the staff cleaned our room while we were gone, they took the time to fold our additional blankets along with organizing items left everywhere in the room - our children's chaos! We loved the pool area and enjoyed breakfast as well. I am extremely pleased and grateful for our experience. I would certainly stay here again.

We checked out the same day we checked in due to mold on the ceiling, around the window and a/c unit. The room looked clean but there was a unpleasant odor in the room.
