**Long story short worst hotel i have ever stayed.. DONT STAY HERE*** the only good thing about this is that the train station is literally infront of the hotel, other than that the hotel picture are totally deceiving, the rooms are old, the carpets have stains everywhere, covid protocols? Forget about it! My check in experience was the WORST! Ian from the reception and Ahmed the duty manager have ZERO customer service skills. They are rude, not polite and ruined my first day I arrived. The hotel has hidden fees not provided to expedia, you have to pay upon arrival AND the breakfast hours hours absolutely wrong. They say it is served until 11am on expedia and on THEIR BOOK that they put in each room, however when I got there they said it was until 10:30am. There are hundreds of hotels were you can stay instead. Dont waste your money!!! Horrible hotel and horrible staff IAN AND AHMED SUCK!!!
