New hotel with potential

Hotel had opened recently. Check-in was chaotic but new staff were pleasant and doing the best they could. Only one towel in bathroom so I had to go back downstairs & wait in line before I could get another one so we could both take showers. Airport shuttle left on time and was relatively easy. Room was clean. Besides the lobby/bar area, we were not bothered by any noises in our room.

I had a good stay and good breakfast. Except I booked it specifically because of the shuttle from and back to the airport. I waited for more than an hour for the shuttle. I later found out that due to holiday the earliest shuttle was 830pm. My flight arrived at 3pm. Needless to say I was not happy about that

New and close to airport

New hotel, . The lobby is confusing since the staff is outside the desk, so queing is impossible. Tried to send a message concerning when pick up times from airport - no answer. Not possible to book your return shuttle and the bus is on the small side. Breakfast good and fine evening meals. Room had good size, but I doubt that the quality of the build and the finish of things will be sustainable for long

Do not stay here

Nothing works at this hotel. Shuttle van from airport did not come to pick us up even after three phone calls to the hotel. Reaching the hotel by phone was extremely difficult. I was on hold for over ten minutes twice. The room key did not work so every time we wanted to enter we had to be escorted by a hotel staff person. Staff was inexperienced and very slow. They have limited knowledge of English. This is a hotel to be avoided.

The shuttle to the airport is not reliable

I booked this hotel for the shuttle to the airport. Unfortunately yes they have a shuttle, but it only picks up on weekends & holidays at 20:00, 21:00, and 22:00. Not convenient for a hotel near the airport. I arrived at 10:30am so I would have to wait 10 hours for a shuttle. Or pay €22 for a taxi. If you are booking for the shuttle, look elsewhere! This was hugely disappointing! Most other hotels had shuttles every 15-30mins. Even on week days there are 1.5 hrs in between shuttle runs. My room's floor also needed a sweeping it was very dirty.

Think twice before you book

After several attempts to contact unsuccessfully the hotel to get the shuttle schedule I finally got through on the phone. The shuttle service offered is extremely limited which they FAIL to mention on their services. Uber cost 16.80 euro 1 way. Although it is a new hotel and one would expect it to be clean, it was, there was only one, 1 ! towel in the room for 2 persons. The last shuttle in the morning is 9:45, check out is at noon, so how does that work? And if you have an early flight, forget it. Or a late flight. Could not get on internet. One needs to go downstairs and scan a bar code - was in my pyjamas already. Called reception, no answer. The reason is the management in their wisdom have one person answering phones, doing check-in and serving coffee and drinks. LOVELY reception that are dealing with a multi task situation that is not sustainable. So if you think you are saving money think again.. add Uber, no coffee in room and I suspect more issues on the way.

Hotel novo, bem proximo ao aeroporto

Por ser um hotel novo tem suas vantagens e desvantagens. As desvantagens é que ainda estão terminando de arrumar muitas coisas, organizar a equipe e procedimentos e acaba ficando meio bagunçado algumas vezes. A vantagem é que os quartos e camas são novos. O traslado gratuito não é mto pontual conforme a tabela e a volta so é possivel combinar por telefone sem ter outra opcao. Como nao tinhamos linha telefonica por la (somente internet), ficou dificil usar algum traslado para voltar para o hotel. Outra questão é que comporta somente 12 pessoas na van, se tiver mais do que isso, as pessoas precisam se virar para chegar nos seus destinos. Apesar disso, o hotel fica perto da estação Valdebebas de trem e fica perto do aeroporto. Para o aeroporto, apesar de perto, nao da para ir a pe por conta das rodovias e tambem porque é uma região sem quase nada, bem erma. O uber do aeroporto para la, de dia, custa uns 11 euros.

Desastroso

El servicio es sencillamente lamentable. Más de 30 minutos esperando para hacer el check in, con una cola enorme detrás y el recepcionista, completamente perdido, no era capaz de solucionar el problema de la persona que estaba delante de mí. El check out lo mismo, tardaron muchísimo y no fueron capaces de darme un sobre para mi factura porque no tenían. El desayuno es un caos. Sitio insuficiente y la gente entrando con maletas y mochilas. No tendrían que permitirlo. El baño tiene una iluminación muy deficiente. Muchísimo calor en la habitación y el aire no funcionaba correctamente ni se podía regular. Ni una triste mesa en la habitación para pode trabajar. Además, un precio de 156€ que está absolutamente injustificado. No volveré ni lo recomiendo.

Excelente hotel , pero la reserva era oara 2 personas y solo había una toalla..Intenté llamar pero no contestaron , como era muy tarde lo dejé para la mañana siguiente . Durante 10 minutos nadie me atendió el teléfono , tuve que salir de la habitación y buscar el personal de limpieza para conseguir otra toalla. Cuando volvimos al final del día la llave no funcionaba , tuve que bajar a recepción 2 veces para conseguir entrar en el hotel .

Innsjekkingen på dette hotellet var en katastrofe.

Service er noe av det dårligste jeg noen har vært med på. Jeg har rundt 150 reisedøgn i året, men dette føyer seg inn i rekken over topp tre med dårligst service noen gang. Jeg skylder ikke på personalet, men verktøyene de har eller ikke har er helt uholdbart. For min del blir det aldri igjen dette stedet. Innsjekkingen på dette hotellet var en katastrofe. Hotellet er i seg selv helt ok for en natt. Det finnes noe restauranter i gåavstand på hotellet. Parkering er helt suverent. Masse langs veien. Kort vei til tog hvis man ønsker en tur inn til sentrum.
