On arrival in the afternoon ,there was noone at reception( they had restricted hours) , and the water dispenser was empty ( and stayed that way for the next day). I was told that my room had no Aircon ( while some did) , which was not emphasised at my online booking site, despite the heatwave, and the small bar fridge was warm.There is no phone in the rooms to reception, and I found that I couldn't turn the shower on, and there is no instruction via a diagram nor in writing how to do this. I was kept waiting in the foyer the next morning for them to find an assistant to personally demonstrate how to turn on the the shower. I bear some responsibility for not speaking German, but none of the staff spoke English, except the reception on Day One ( limited).
Breakfast is expensive, so I suggest eating in the bakery across the road. The TV mechanism was dodgy, and needed yet another trip down the stairs to tell reception.
I had considered continuing my stay , but that's now out of the question due to their poor means of communication.
