It was not a great experience. Smelled bad, room was dirty, shower was filthy, ac/heat unit was falling apart, a giant spider web that looked like it had been there for decades. It was a sleep in my clothes, above the covers, use my duffel bag as a pillow kind of night. Luckily it was a one night for 10 hours kind of experience. Staff was nice.

I like the price, the room was fairly clean. It’s the details that get it four stars. There were Cobb webs in the window area, the light at the night table flickered, the fan in the bathroom made noise and the hairdryer wasn’t hung on the wall. Coffee in the morning was cold and just about empty at around 9AM. We were in room 102

The room was dirty. Seemed like it had not been cleaned from whom ever was there before us. There were no clean towels. No coffee pot, but there were the items to make coffee. Staff were very unpleasant.

If you like playing, "Is that my hair?" When in the bathroom or when you pull back the sheets, this Red Roof Inn is a treat. It appeared that the room has not had fresh linens or been vacuumed in a long time. Went to a local Walmart for a blanket, Clorox wipes, Lysol, and febreze- as not a single surface was clean, and I opted to sleep on top of the sheets. The TV was non-operational, so I couldn't drown out the noise in the hall of room next door. I was happy to have a place to stay affordably while on the road- but this place was disgusting - I told the two gentlemen at the desk at check out- they could not have cared less. Breakfast was off brand granola bars, nothing was clean, bedding was gross, shower curtain was stained, flooring was coming apart. Over all gross and disappointing. Water was hot, refrigerator workes, my room door wasn't locked in an damaged like some of the others. So there is that. 2/10, won't stay again.

We arrived on Thursday and was able to check in early as the gave us another room as the one that was for us was not cleaned yet so we took a down grade from what I was to get and it was at a cheaper rate which is good but the bet in the room had a dip in it the room was not cleaned the whole time we were there we had to ask for clean towels every night we came back the continental breakfast was supposed to be from 6am - 9am we went out at 8:30am and everything was picked up and out away

Was okay but could have been better
The hotel was in decent shape physically however I had to clean the room before our stay the dust was very thick around the room and musty smelling. Nothing a damp cloth and a little bit of car air freshener didn't resolve. Also was no toilet paper in the room . Housekeeping needs retraining for sure . But with my allergies it would have been nice to have seen the room dusted properly. On top of that we did late check out and without even a knock at the door they came barging in at 11:00

TV was actually busted visibly upon arrival. Overbooked meant too difficult to swap out a tv, though they did offer to swap rooms but we had all settled in too well to want to move. Multiple stains on all linens. Bathroom plugs did not work, even after test/reset. No screens in window. Sink did not drain (they fixed it). Previous guests soap and shampoo still in tub as if bath was never cleaned. Smoke alarm hanging loosely from ceiling. Even a budget hotel should have basic cleanliness and functionality.
Stains on pillowcases were on all linens
cracked television
loose smoke detector dangling from ceiling
previous guest used soap and shampoo

Staff was slow to help, rooms were dirty, and ice machine had cisible black mold and calcuim deposits streaming doqn the side. The rooms had bad oders and damage all over. Rooms also had few outlets to the point we had to choose between the coffee pot and microwave, and in another area a light had to be unplugged to make room to charge a phone. The tv remote was broken and I had to use the buttons on the back of the tv to use it. Very poor stay overall. I rented two rooms and both were poor conditions and stays. One person wouldnt even stay the weekend in the rooms choosing instead to drive the distance of almost 100 miles each day pf the weekend of our business.
