Best hotel in the area
I've stayed twice now and both times it was excellent. It is centrally located and next to a station. It even has a Denny's attached. Staff is very helpful and it is very clean.

Great Stay
I loved my cozy room and how you could control all the lights from the bed. Nice traditional Japanese breakfast buffet. Fantastic location directly across the train station but was not loud. My only regret was not staying more nights.

The hotel was close to the train station and excellent shopping around with plenty of restaurants around.
The room was small but clean.

As usual Akihabara Washington never disappoints. Great location, good price, convenient to shopping, restaurants and transportation. Had one inconvenient situation with one of the staff when I was trying to send my luggage to the airport. My flight was 4 days away and I wanted to get ahead to send my suitcase and the front desk worker flat out refused to let me send it to the airport (she kept telling me 2 days before the flight) so I had to take my suitcase to the nearby Yamato Transport location and sent it from there (they did not care, it's the same service the Hotel uses) so I don't know why the worker was insistent on not letting me send it. She was not a local japanese worker. It was just inconvenient because something that should have taken me 5 minutes ended up taking 20.

Excellent property to stay at as it’s literally across the street from Akihabara station. A simply crosswalk away and you’re at the station. The staff were also very friendly and the morning buffet was exceptional. The room was ok in size for my gf and I and our three suitcases. Cleanliness of the room was excellent and it had a nice view of Tokyo SkyTree. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Akihabara.

Place was very close to Akihabara for all the nerd shopping! The built in Denny's was great for a quick breakfast but sadly not so much for dinner, especially on the weekends where it gets slammed.
The daily cleanup looked to be mostly just replacing towels and trash with linen not being touched except every three days. You'd have to use their magnets on the door to let room service know that you want to have the room thoroughly cleaned but you'd have to do this everyday to have the same effect.

It’s in a convenient spot near Akihabara Station and there’s a ton of good places to eat nearby. The property itself is clean and spacious enough for a Tokyo hotel. The staff was also very kind helpful when you needed them.

I left the room for 2 nights and went to stay in a different town. When I went back my sheets were dirty at the hotel. I told staff about it but they weren't interested so I checked out early and left.

The room was excellent quality and great value for money for me as a solo traveller. Even though it was a small room, it had a double bed and even a small 2-seat sofa with a table. (You don’t even get that in larger room hotels in the UK / US). There is also a small fridge in the room as well as a TV. The bathroom was clean and the shower was very good.
As a gadget lover, I loved the fact that it was right in front of Akihabara Station, and just a few steps away from the main street which has all the electronics shops. There are 2 great sushi restaurants nearby, as well as other eating and drinking places.
The hotel is a 45m walk to Ginza shopping district, and a 30m train ride to Shinjuku.
The only thing I would say is that the mattress is very firm. As a side sleeper, I had to sleep on my back so that I would remain comfortable.
Overall, highly recommended and I would happily stay there again.
