Excellent option outside the centre
An excellent hotel, exactly what a 4 star (or dare I say 5 star) hotel should be. My room was extremely spacious and comfortable, the bathroom as well with both bath and shower. I loved retiring to my room after a busy day of sightseeing. Service was welcoming and friendly at all times, and I appreciated the environmental initiatives like the water bottle filling stations. I didn't use the gym but it was mostly cardio equipment, shame there weren't more weight machines. Breakfast was very good with a variety of Taiwanese and western options.The only downside is the distance from the centre of the city (a 10 minute walk to the MRT and then a 30 minute ride to the centre) and the fact that there is really nothing in the area aside from car dealerships, a convenience store and some coffee shops, not ideal since the hotel has no restaurant. The hotel interior is beautiful and well decorated everywhere and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel if you don't mind the location and lack of local amenities. I would definitely stay here again.
