On having come with my confirmation of reservation in the hand the person in charge says to me that my reservation had been cancelled on the part of expedia due to incompatibilities by my credit card and shows an "e-mail" to me that ACCORDING TO HIM Expedia was the person in charge for not having sent above mentioned mail. In the supposed e-mail appears my reservation number and my name, the logo of expedia and the rest of the mail written in his most in German. Certainly I have as well as the invoice that I had paid not to remain thrown in the street. The confirmation that I had on the part of Expedia with date of two days before the reservation, did not matter for him. Finally we end up by paying more of the double of what we had agreed in the reservation not to remain thrown in the street with a tremendous cold night. AMAZING...
