We had a great time at this location! It was my husband’s first time traveling outside of the United State and he was very impressed. This vacation really opened his mind to traveling more and i could not be more grateful to the amazing staff at this resort for such a relaxing experience. Everything was clean, the rooms were wonderful, the pool was refreshing and the service was impeccable. We really enjoyed booking one of the “proffered” rooms because they came with so many perks that I didn’t even know about! The tub on the balcony with an ocean view was just amazing to relax in and the room service was very timely. I arranged excursions with expedia but the hotel also had staff ready to make arrangements at a drop of a hat. It was such a beautiful place and we are counting down the days till we can go back :)

The staff at Dreams Riviera Cancun really stand out as what makes this resort truly special. So helpful, so courteous, but they still let their personalities shine through so interacting with each employee is memorable. We had an amazing time in large part because of the truly lovely and hard working employees.

Amazing resort! The staff were all friendly and attentive. I definitely come back, it is one of the best resorts I’ve been to. The food was also delicious and the place was overall clean.

What I did not like, the smell of stagnant still water when you entered the massage area. What I did like the staff was amazing. I would come back again and again the food was great. You could work on the drinks. They were weak overall I give the full experience, a seven out of 10.

The staff was super friendly, the pools and grounds were clean. The food at the restaurants were delicious and better than a few of ehe all included that we have stayed at. The beaches are better in the hotel zone (bigger waves, and less seaweed), but they are out early and cleaning the beach. We walked down the beach and it is drastically cleaner than the unkept properties in the area. For a $6 tax you can use the non-powered water sports (kayak, paddle board, Hobie boat). We would certainly stay here again.
