Quaint old hotel by the lake
Very interesting, museum looking decor. The staff were very nice. Right next to the lake, had a nice walk with my dog.

This is a very rustic but beautiful bed and breakfast. Older home that's divided into multiple rooms. The grounds are beautiful and on a lovely Lake.. just pretty rustic for rooms

The staff was so incredibly friendly, made a few accommodations for checking in/out, and were helpful. The hotel itself is a really cool, really old building (I love that kind of stuff!) and while it’s clearly been updated to make it functional, nothing has been taken away from the feel of the building from the 1800’s. Wish we were there on a weekend they had live music in the back deck, but it wasn’t something we planned on as we were there to see the Baseball HoF. Quick easy drive to the HoF and a great place to stay!

It was a nice enough room to stay in while visiting Cooperstown... much cheaper than staying in town... The staff was A ... The Inn is old and in need of some repairs... Overall, a decent place for the money to stay the night without breaking the budget...

Nice view. Property dated and could use a facelift. A bit far from Cooperstown but it’s not anyone’s fault. Overall adequate night and it was quiet. Thank you.

We did not get the room we had selected despite arriving by 8pm and having confirmed our stay by text message earlier in the day. The lady said the people staying there the night before had decided to stay in that room. Instead of a lake view, we had to stay in a room facing the parking lot and road behind with street lights on and white flimsy curtains that did not block the sun out. The mattress was very bouncy. The windows were full of dust. I couldn’t get the windows to open. We were charged 25 fee for pet fee despite website stating it was 20 dollars. When inquiring why it was 25 dollars, the receptionist stated cheerfully, “oh, it’s always been 25!” There was a band playing playing loudly in front of property in front of lake. Probably for some people this was enjoyable and it was probably announced somewhere and I must have overlooked it. On my end, I would have preferred to watch the sun set in peace. Anyway, the AC in the room was so noisy it blocked out the sound. Overall not a great experience.

If you were looking for a lake house to stay in this is the place. I would have giving an excellent on everything but out side could use some work. I guess I did not read the fine print if there was any. I picked this place because it had a restaurant & bar. After driving the 5 hrs to get I was disappointed to find it was not open.

The Lake House has seen better days, but still a cool site. Staff were warm and welcoming. We booked a queen but got a double bed that was not supportive. Thin curtains and no shade. Thin walls as well!
