Location near transit and restaurants. Hotel lacked many amenities. No food service. Our first room smelled bad( bathroom drain issues) They did accommodate and provided another room. Bed in second room was most uncomfortable. Decore is out dated and gaudy and bedspreads were worn out. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Noise level was high due to high traffic area. Unfortunately I would not recommend.

Faily accessible to subway and buses. There are good restaurants a bakery and a shopping mall. Very close to event venues. The staff were warm and accommodating. The hotel was really nice. Unfortunately, they put two twin beds together with two separate twin bed frames, so if you got anywhere near the middle of the bed, they would move apart. Sad for such a beautiful hotel!!
