First, I had a reservation for two adults and a minor, we reserved a room with a king bed assuming they had a sofa-bed, rollaway bed or a crib available, to our surprise they did not had either option available for us. The only solution we were given at the front desk was to have our toddler co-sleep with us. Given the amount of babies dying from SIDS, this was not an option for us, so we ended buying an air mattress. Second, our 16months old toddler wanted milk 30mins before they open the continental breakfast. I approach the hotel receptionist and desperately asked if she could give us a cup of milk, understanding that it was an exception to the rule but she immediately refused. The hotel may be fairly clean, but the employees’ lack of hospitality made our stay unpleasant.
