Good value no frills hotel. No housekeeping during stay so our stay was carbon neutral. Extra towels etc were readily available. Complimentary washer dryer in the common room is a plus. Short walk to metro and supermarket.

Overbooking
As we were traveling to Copenhagen we get notified that they have overbooked us. This is the day before Christmas and our options were limited. I have never experienced overbooking before and the whole checkin proces became very stressfull. I had checked in to the hotel online 2 days before why overbooking makes very little sense. We had initially booked one large family room sin e it was Christmas but were instead offered two separate bedrooms, which we had to accept, since we had few other options. I suggest always contacting them on the arrival to confirm the booking of you book with them.

Good property, the bonuses are the kitchen and available laundry facility. Also the pass to the gym. The bed mattress was too soft and the pillows were all too high, there should be a better pillow selection. For public transport you have to walk a few blocks, it's not bad.

The nearby supermarket was very convenient. We also enjoyed visiting the nearby park every day. It was beautiful, large, and relaxing. I liked the big windows in the room. Scheduling the cleaning was a nice feature of the booking system. The bathroom was quite nice (rainfall style shower). My small critique is that the sink in the kitchen was too small to comfortably wash chopping board and frypans.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bob W Østerbro Copenhagen while the Copenhagen Half Marathon 2024. All in all, we are very happy with the apartment and would book again at any time. The area was clean, quiet and we felt very safe. The metro and supermarkets were also within walking distance. That was great! The only drawback was that the WiFi was quite slow and streaming content on the TV was very jerky and had a poor connection. You also had to reconnect to the TV each time. But that's only a little minus.

We had a great time here. Locating in a quiet residential area, the property is slightly far away from the city centre. It's not exactly close to the metro or bus station, either. We spent six nights in Copenhagen so we have plenty of time, and the transport isn't too much of an issue for us, but for people staying few nights, somewhere closer to the centre may be more ideal. This place is perfect for longer stay, as its bathroom, kitchen, plentiful of storage, and the little living room corner create a perfect, cosy home vibe.

The check-in to the room was a bit difficult, especially with heavy luggage and no elevator to 2nd floor, which was not mentioned when we made the reservations. We also need to go through a rocky path between apartments which makes it even difficult to drag the luggage. The rate is lower compared to other hotels around, so maybe that's the inconvenience you need to bear.

We booked a double bed with kitchen. Although the space is small but it was clean and had everything we need. I forgot to bring my converter and it even provided this in the room. Few small things to be noted for people who would like to stay: The bed for two people was ok to fit in but kind of crowded. They provided microwave but you have to pick up the machine from the luggage room.

Bob W had everything we needed for our city break. The room was perfect size, the bathroom and kitchen were ideal. You can definitely save some pennies having the odd meal at the hotel. Some great extra touches were complimentary coffee and a polaroid camera for your stay. However, the use of a phone as the key card was great until your phone goes out of charge and you can’t get in the building. Make sure to bring a charger when you leave the apartment so you don’t have the same issue we had. Thanks for a great stay Bob W. Will definitely look to see your apartments for future stays

Stayed here for a business trip and loved it! Apparently they just opened the first few rooms in the hotel, hence I had the honor of being the first guest in my particular room! Rooms are spacious, modern and offer all the amenities one could need. To my surprise they even offer a retro gaming console in the room - so much fun! Bed was incredibly comfortable, haven't slept this well in a hotel in ages. The Team was really nice and attentive. There are some road works going on outside but even with my windows facing the construction I really didn't find it disturbing. I can absolutely see myself staying longer than just one night next time. 5/5 will be happy to return and can highly recommend!

Every detail was meticulously thought out, creating a perfect balance of comfort and elegance. This might sound silly but one of the standout features was the amazing conditioner provided. It left my hair feeling incredibly soft and smelling wonderful, which is a rare find in most accommodations. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to find a plug adapter in the room—a small but incredibly thoughtful touch that made my stay even more convenient. Overall, Bob W Østerbro provided a perfect blend of comfort, style, and practicality, making my birthday visit to Copenhagen truly memorable. I can't recommend it highly enough and will definitely be returning on my next trip to the city!
