Do not recommend
WiFi didn’t work. I checked in right after 3pm on Thursday, reported the issue within an hour, and it still wasn’t resolved the next day after multiple messages to property management. I had to go buy a separate WiFi package. Property management is prompt to respond with polite messages but it doesn’t appear that they have anyone onsite to fix any issues. It seems like they only have one key, and they did offer for a technician to come in next day, but I needed WiFi way before then, and it seemed weird to leave the key for some person to come in while I wasn’t there. I just gave up on the issue and bought WiFi elsewhere since I was leaving on Sunday.
TV didn’t work either. It was a bit cold and since it’s central heating, there is no way to adjust temperature. The apartment is in an old building, and everything in it is a bit dated. Hot water in the sink sometimes didn’t work or took time to warm up. Shower is weird as there’s no door. The floor was a bit dirty.
The only positive about this stay was the location.
I would not recommend this apartment, and I’ll never stay here again or stay at any property run by this property management company.
