Both Front Desk clerks during check-in and checkout were great: courteous, responsive, and professional.
Clean, comfortable and in good condition. Great for an overnight stop on a long trip.

Locked out of our paid room!
The hotel is brand new and you are allowed to bring pets for $10 per dog per day and $50 per pet.
Our stay and service was awful. The lady who checked us in must’ve entered the charges wrong or something. The next day we went out and when we came back we were locked out of our room. We were working with a tight time frame that day so this made us late for an important appointment, and we were also unable to access our dogs. When we went to the service desk a different woman was there and ended up getting into an argument with us, being highly unprofessional and CURSING at us. She stated we hadn’t paid our deposits even though I had already had two separate charges for the amounts she wanted on my credit card. She also blamed us for barking complaints that really were coming from the room next door to us that also had dogs. I had a video of our dogs ignoring the barking from next door. I had to convince her to let us back in our room that we already paid for! For the rest of our stay we kept getting locked out of our rooms daily. The front desk closes at night so we had to make sure to return early enough to get back in. But then at check out I had no charges outstanding! I would’ve left this hotel if I had the time to find a new one. They could’ve easily just called us down to the lobby to resolve issues or addressed it at check out instead of locking us out EVERY DAY. It’s a nice building but total headache.

"EXTRA" Towel
I've never stayed at a hotel where you reserve a room for 3 people and only have 2 bath towels waiting for you. My wife went down to the front desk to get a 3rd towel and she was told she cant give out any "EXTRA" towels. My wife said we have 3 people staying in the room but the woman said the Manager told the employees they are not to hand out any "EXTRA" towels. She came back to the room with no towel. I had to go down there and challenge the woman at the front desk to the meaning of an "EXTRA" towel. After debating the term "EXTRA" for 10 minutes, she broke down and gave me an "EXTRA" towel. She also gave me the managers business card and told me to contact the manager. The hotel was nice, but fighting for a third towel for 3 people made us planning on not going back.

Cigarette smell ruined my experience. Rooms weren’t bad at all. But even with window shut the smell of cigs encapsulated my room daily for 5 days. Gotta be better enforcing people to leave the side of the building and walk away to smoke that cancer stick
