Captivating it is not - I'd avoid
Poor organisation, communication and customer service, and flat not as described.
Didn't contact me with booking in instructions prior to my visit and then was a faff to get some details by text. When I arrived these were wrong and someone was in the flat they gave me details of. Had to wait for new details by text.
The address details weren't helpful and the building difficult to find from them.
The flat had potential.
TV not tuned into any channels (there was no aerial connection to the TV). TV wouldn't stay connected to internet so online services not available. No solutions offered when I contacted them.
Four (yes four) washing machines in the flat, along with a four wifi routers. Also an extra sofa bed taking up most of the space in the lounge area. The place was being used to store excess furniture.
At the kitchen island there were four chairs rather than stools which made it unusable for eating at or working at.
Bed linen was clean but pillow cases and duvet cover all came from different sets.
When I have called and written to complain I have received no acknowledgement or response.
