Libere needs to be more up-front around the virtual nature of their hotels. Things don't take 2 minutes, as they state. Their communication is awful - I waited almost an hour to access my room, trying to work out how to contact them, sending messages, no response, phoning, told to call back. Awful, awful customer service - will never stay at one of their properties again! Oh, and if you're going to have a rainfall shower head, make sure it works properly, and doesn't just dribble water for a poor shower experience.
