My sister and I booked this hotel 6 months prior to our reservation. We requested a sea view room, and paid extra for it. When we arrived at the hotel, they gave us a room facing the wall. The lock on the door did not work properly. I went to the reception and said this is absolutely unacceptable, especially because I paid extra for a sea view room, and we booked this 6 months in advance. They said the hotel was fully booked, and they could not change our room for the day. I asked the reception if they could give me a partial refund for the day that we didn’t have the sea view room, and they insisted that the next day they will give us an “upgraded” room. The next day, we moved our luggage to the “upgraded” room which was facing the pool, still not a sea view. Please do not pay extra for the sea view room, because you will not get it. The next morning, there was no water coming out of the bathroom sink in this “upgraded” room. Underneath the bed was extremely dusty, and had rose pedals all on the floor. The final day we stayed there, no one came to clean our room nor give us fresh towels. It is unfortunate that I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bodrum because we did not have the best experience. We came here to rest and relax, but instead, we spent most of the time dealing with reception about everything that was wrong with our stay.
