Average as Average gets
Admittedly I generally stay at a higher star hotel. There was nothing particularly bad but also nothing that would cause me to rebook. Location ok. Street (including alarms and gunfire?) and hall noises made for sleepless nights. Breakfast just ok. Front desk minimal personality. More interested in computer work. Room tiny and sparse.

Early check in was permitted and slightly late check out as I had a very late flight out and I had 5 hours to wait before heading to the airport for a further 3 hours. It was a clean and neat room. Was not permitted a kettle in the room I found strange in a 4 star hotel. Restaurant staff were very attentive and the food was delicious. Older building so may explain the weak water pressure. Otherwise very happy with my two night stay.

Great location. Trusting staff. Great service
Very convenient location - 5 min walk to the Spanish Steps, similar to the Trevi Fountain.
Cute little restaurants near by that are reasonably priced and good food
We stayed 3 nights and were very comfortable; the room was a good set up and enough space with bathroom privacy.
Breakfast was good. Nice variety and a water fountain for fresh spring water just outside the property
BIGGEST PLUS: we left all our money out in the room by accident, left for the day, it was all there when we got back - thank you to Monica our housekeeper!
The service overall from all staff amazing!
You drop your key with front desk when you leave and collect when you come back which is cute
The Hop on Hop Off bus stop was a min walk away and the pharmacy was the same
