There wasn’t the clearest communication amongst staff. Some of the things in my room didn’t work properly, I wasn’t given a remote for the AC that I had, my TV wouldn’t work properly even after they “replaced it”, and there weren’t tissues in the tissue dispenser. I’m not trying to be arrogant about things, but they could’ve at least made sure those things were good

Service and employees were horrible. Online the rooms looked great and they were horrible not enough shampoo and soap. The breakfast was supposed to be continental and all we got to eat was eggs with sausage and jam. Juice was not fresh it was Tang. I will never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

Aunque no puedo subir imágenes en la appa por motivos que desconozco, la ropa de cama está bastante avejentada, las sábanas parecen haber cumplido ya al menos 4 ciclos de vida, en el baño mucho sarro, óxido, las puertas de madera y chapas bastante viejas también, el espacio es amplio, fui solo pero me dieron una habitación con 3 camas, tocador y una pequeña mesa redonda para 4 personas, el precio y la ubicación son buenos, pero sin duda deberían mejorar mucho el tema antes mencionado, cuando viaje con familia definitivamente no será opción a elegir porque no da aspecto de limpieza, aunque no se encontraba sucio ni olía mal, percudido en demasía.

Hotel cómodo y convenientemente ubicado. Con un desayuno muy sabroso. El personal sumamente amable. Acabábamos de tener una experiencia lamentable en otro hotel precisamente por el trato negligente de su personal y en este hotel nos tocó totalmente la otra cara de la moneda, quedamos muy agradecidos por su amabilidad. La mejor relación costo/beneficio de Querétaro !!
