Extremely Poor Services
I stayed here for 1 day and the experience was extremely poor.
1) The TV was not working in the room. I made 10 calls over 5 hours and then sat at the reception area only then they resolved the issue, that too after making multiple excuses.
2) There is no wifi reception in the rooms so do not hope to get any work done in the room.
3) There was no room service as they told me that when there is a function going on in the hotel they close room service. Thats why they took 2 hours to get us 2 glasses.
4) Poorly maintained room.The chair's back was broken and the sofa's seat was sagged.
5) At their Kings Cafe I ordered aloo parantha for breakfast. Again there was no manpower there. It took them 30 - 40 mins to make it. There was only 1 waiter serving all the tables. I requested to get a little salt and got it another 30 mins later.
6) The hotel reception did not even had contact number of a taxi provider.
Overall do not waste your money on this hotel as they just claim to be luxury. The amenities and services do not justify the high room prices at all. I would suggest everyone to avoid this hotel.
