Screms at 11pm, prostitutes, bad smell and roaches
The first thing we saw, including my children, was a prostitute. When we went inside the room the smell was horrible, like strong feet odor. In the morning while using the toilet a roach was passing by and that's when I also noticed the floor extremely dirty with mold and build up grime. At about 11pm there were load screams coming from the room above us, a lady screaming to 2 little kids and the kids were crying and screaming. Very disturbing. The good thing about the hotel was the location and the room size, including the beds and bathroom. It also had a microwave and a small fridge. Sadly I would not stay in this hotel again.

It was close to everything which is always a good thing, especially if one doesn't have a vehicle. There was laundry onsite which was affordable. My room was well kept, clean, spacious, equipped with fridge and microwave.I didn't have a problem with parking as I came and went. I will definitely return here again!!!!

First of all, in the website you advertised that the room was 77.00 a night and I was charged 97. There was no breakfast buffet as advertised. Our other party got trapped in their room for over an hour and a half due to a door malfunction. They had to destroy the door to get them out. The bedding was stained.

Was advertised as offering breakfast, but that was a lie. Only coffee. Shower wasnt clean, there was a dirty washcloth over the shower rod, hair and bugs in tub. Bed was a spring mattress. They put us right next to elevator and was noisy all night. Staff barely spoke english including front desk staff.

As advertised online via hotels.com, complimentary breakfast available for each stay. During the duration of the 2 nights stay, no breakfast was offered except coffee. If breakfast is not available, online advertisement should be honest if no breakfast is available. This should be corrected so guests will not be surprised. If known, would have searched for another hotel who provides complimentary breakfast.

Disappointed.
I let them know I'm permanently disabled and asked for a bottom floor. They said it didn't matter because they have an elevator and put me on the highest floor (4th). Well couple of hours after check in and the elevator stopped working. They said sorry out of order, and i was supposed to figure out how to get up to the fourth floor. Very disappointed in this service. Also says breakfast included but there is no breakfast only coffee.

We chose this hotel due to the decent price and because they offer breakfast. That morning we were told they had no breakfast and only coffee! Not even creamers. The rooms had a coffee maker but no cups. Really disappointed we were not told before our stay so we could have looked for another place to stay. Very inconvenient and disappointing

The room was dirty looks like it wasn’t clean used old towel hanging on the shower , smells like cigarettes when is a non smoking room, no towels, no breakfast as it mentioned, graffiti all around the mirrors, furniture in bad condition, garbage all around the perimeter, the WORSE hotel I had stay in my life. We only needed to sleep few hours. I do not recommend this hotel
