Had a very pleasant stay up until Thursday evening when an Elderly, Wrinkling Caucasian woman, came to me while I was in my vehicle minding my own business. She claims shes the Head Manager at this facility and that starting Thursday, I would be required to have a vehicle tag displayed in order to enter the parking lot. She then proceeds to inform me that shes asked the manager on duty to be present during this conversation, but that I should have "nothing to worry about" so I go in, speak to a *different* manager cuz apparently these two were leaving for the day(The 'Head Manager' also lied about going around and letting everyone know, she got back in her car and left the facility) when I informed the manager present about what happened, he informed me that there is NO SUCH THING as a parking pass for this location, and there never has been. At this point I felt completely unwelcomed and honestly felt like I was being kicked out of someone's home, only the person didn't own the house. So I ended my stay early and requested a full refund for the garish display of racism I had witnessed. These people are now refusing this and claiming its because I did in fact, complete my stay, which is entirely untrue. DO NOT BOOK WITH EXTENDED STAY UNLESS YOU DON'T MIND CASUAL RACISM.
