The best bed I’ve ever slept in
My check in experience was disappointing but the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. We arrived by rental car and my husband had to go return it while I checked in. I had two rolling suitcases with small bags on top, plus an armload of smaller stuff and jackets that we’d had loose in the car. I also wasn’t feeling well, but they wouldn’t necessarily have known that. I was struggling a bit with the suitcases on the cobblestones and the employee at the door made no attempt to help me. Check in is on the ground level but the elevators to the guest floors are up about 7 stairs. There were approximately 5 men who looked like employees or security officers standing around and no one made any attempt to help me up the stairs as I (a 30s woman) made multiple trips with my luggage. By the time I got to my room I was extremely annoyed. But I got into the bed and both the mattress (2 singles with a king topper) and the pillows were luxurious and honestly perfect. The front desk was later very helpful and the hotel is in a very convenient location.

The location and the hotel itself is perfect - I would definitely recommend it to people. It is also close to Airport Shuttle Bus pick up location - so if you need this, you should book this hotel area. Staff was all friendly. I am glad I booked through Expedia - because booking through the hotel directly would be 30 percent more expensive :)

An affordable and clean hotel
Nice and clean hotel with a very good central location to all the resturants and shops downtown. Very good beds to sleep in. There is an indoor car park opposite the hotel, where guests can park their cars for free. Personel was very nice and trying to be helpful. Very satisfied overall.

Easygoing Affordable
I love how affordable that was for a Luxury Hotel. Hopefully, the prices remain the same. At least below $60. And that is. The ambience is perfect. And there is even an easygoing indoor swimming, restaurant for Lunch, Dinner, and Breakfast. One of the best Hotels to support in the area.

They posted pictures for the standard room that shows that you can choose between 1 double bed or 2 twin beds so i booked 2 twin beds when i arrived they told me that they have only double bed room available, after arguing more than 40 minutes the staff accepted to call the manager , the manager upgrade the room from from standard to suit it was nice action from him but we argued too much until we took this result!

Fabulous hotel!
All staff are Friendly, helpful. Room condition is quite good. There is a kettle coffee and minibar in the room and lot of choices. I do like chocolate and I saw napoliten was my best chocolate you must eat, in mini bar. Resturant and bar quite good, breakfast and food good quality and good service. This my 3rd staying by using hotels.com I could recommend to you because close to city center, close to few good hospitals. Kind regards Suleyman

I had to cut my trip short because they did not tell us there is a building site next door and the sound and dust was terrible. They refused to even give a refund and instead of staying the full week I stayed only few days and left. There was towels placed in front of the main entrance there is no way to take your luggage up the main stairs if your handicapped.

Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, spacious and quiet room. Fast check-in. There is a nice pool, but unfortunately it only opens at 11am. It would have been nice to be able to have a swim before breakfast. Breakfast itself was very good for international standards, but from a Turkish hotel (- Turkish breakfast is famous for a reason! -) I would have expected a bit more variety. Overall, a pleasant stay and I would use the hotel again.
