Installations in very bad condition.
The installations in the first chalet we stayed in (number 39) were not good. The ceiling fan was missing and the air con didn't work properly, sounding like a jumbo jet and with broken controls and bits of paper stuck in between to make the vents stable. We slept badly.
The staff wanted to call in the maintenance team but it was clearly un-mendable. We insisted on being moved to another. But clearly rhe next day, someone else would be given this chalet despite it not being in conditions.Number 40 also had an inefficient air con although somewhat less annoying. For a chalet for 4, there were only 2 stools to sit on so we couldn't all sit at the table. The light on the extractor didn't work, I had to use a torch to cook. One light in the bathroom didn't work. In general, there is very little light in the chalets.
The pool had nowhere to sit, giving one the option to lie on the soil or baking hot tiles and very little shade.
There was rubbish all over the place and even broken glass on the path.
Given how much our stay cost us at this resort, we were very disappointed and indignant although we knew already that it had a bad reputation.
The saving grace was the restaurant, the food was excellent, the chef a delight. The manager of the restaurant was also very courteous and efficient.
