La habitación estaba bien los untesilios de la cocina algunos no están bien limpios, los ventiladores están bien sucios, las toallas eran muy viejas y cuando uno se secaba raspaba la piel. Fueron areglar un baño que se botaba el agua y dejaron todo sucio el piso y desordenado. Por lo demás estaba todo bien

This is a beautiful place quiet safe a real hidden gem. Unfortunately I have a few negative reviews the bed not on the clean side and I never got my pool pass.

Burnt spots on the nightstand dirty wash rags hanging in the shower and under the kitchen sink the door handle came off the front door so we could not close the door from the outside so we could not leave the room for one of the days that we was there called to talk to manager and kept getting told that they were in a meeting and that they would give them a message but I still have not received a call from the manager

An awful experience
When we checked in to the first resort, there was black mold all over the front door, stains all over the rugs, bugs all over the floors, all the tables and dressers were damaged, the 2 beds in one of the rooms were broken. When we contacted the hotel, noone was in the office (at 6pm) to help us, so we were on the phone for about a half hour. They were giving us another resort just for the night, until we were able to speak to someone in the morning and possibly switch again. As they were gathering all the information for the new resort, they realized that that resort had a leak in it so they gave us another one. The 3rd resort was 20 min away from the original resort, in the opposite direction of where we needed to be (we are in SC for my son's wedding). When we arrived at the 3rd resort, the whole place smelled like must. The shower handels (hot and cold) did not work right. There was a hole in the bathroom behind the door knob. There was no towels, paper towels, toilet paper, sponges, shampoo and soap, or dish soap. There was hair all over the floor in the bathroom. There was dripping somewhere under the sink in the kitchen. When we went to check out (at the original resort 20 min away), everyone was putting the blame on everyone else. They didnt compensate anything. In fact, they charged me an extra $167 for fees and taxes that they claimed weren't charged.

The check in process was a long wait due to there only being one person checking in everyone for a holiday weekend. The stay itself was good. Check out easy due to only needing to return the pool key.

I have called this property 4 times but cannot get a call back. We stayed only for one night and the place was overall nice, however they must have had a flood because as we walked around the floor water kept seeping up and the smell got worse. No one called me back to address this issue.

Lil Pool
The room was not well cleaned. We in fact found snack cheese in the wall art. There were no extra trash bags. The freezer stunk. The floors were not cleaned. The bathrooms were not cleaned. The unit overall was great. The cleaning service ahead of time did little to nothing.

Very Nice place, but not a great experience!
There was hair found in tub in my bathroom. Stool broken, and my niece fell off. There was no remote for the kids TV soon had to constantly change channel, and front desk closed at 5 even for late check ins. Didn't get a pool pass when you need a pool pass to get in the pool (also in and OUT the bathroom in pool house). THERE WAS NO TOILET PAPER IN THE ENTIRE PLACE, had to go buy some because front desk was closed.... When I went to check on on the morning and all for the pool key, lady was very rude then gave us a pool pass that didn't work. Then I took it back she was like well idk what to do cause she didn't have a spare one so we had to bum off getting in and out the pool from other guest and take our kids back to condo to use the bathroom. Just not a vacation at all and kinda embarrassing.

Falling apart, barely any essentials& FILTHY
We stayed in bldg 116, unit 104. This unit needs a DEEP cleaning. I don't know who was hired to clean these units, but there are not only stains in the carpet, but there are literal wet patches in the carpet that NEVER dry. The shower curtain in the guest bathroom has mold and mildew!!! Dust on the fans. The plates, cups, etc. in the cabinets were filthy! Even the insides of the cabinets were disgusting. There was no dish soap or dishwasher soap provided (EVERY condo we've stayed at has at least that, even other units at this same property). There was even a used washcloth hanging over the shower rod. The bedspreads were disgusting & when we complained there was only a bottom sheet & not enough towels, someone came the next day to drop off a bag of towels & sheets. They knocked but put the code in a minute later & came right in without waiting! There was no remote in the master bedroom. 2 small pillows on a king sized bed. How are 2 adults supposed to watch TV in bed against a hard headboard, really? The AC vent in the guest bedroom rattles LOUD every time the AC goes on. No replacement garbage bags. There was a password for the WiFi on the router, but nothing to tell us the name of the network, we had to guess. The list goes on. I get that it's an older property, but it wasn't even CLEAN, let alone COVID clean. It was awful. It needs a REAL deep clean, like every nook & cranny. And maintenance. I had to buy sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, lysol, febreeze, etc. Gross.

Do not stay here
Room was overall disgusting. Hair, crumbs and debris all over. Refrigerator leaked, kitchen drawers had food in them. Wash cloth from previous guest left hanging in the shower. Food on living room walls, medication left behind nightstand. There was no sanitation done. The floors were dirty and sticky. Front desk manager, Jeff sent cleaning director, but she was new to property and could not address most issues. Maintenance man never came to fix any issues and manager never apologized.

The property manager is not available for the guess after 5pm they are management only the apartments for each owner this is not resort place i was lie to us the orbitz should review the picture for the apartments is no the place that they give to the customers not always had the owner clean and had not do not comply with the regulation of CDC the carpet was dirty and the air unit inside not have a filter . Was terrible because i expect a different place for the money that i was payed . I went to the office next day early and is not open until 9am after they went to the place they return my money back and i need to look for other place .

The management of this property is subpar. I tried to reschedule our visit dates and the owner would not accommodate us even though there was a pandemic going on. I’m a retired combat veteran and this company treated me like garbage. I hope they enjoy my $500 deposit.
