Overall my stay was good, its my second time, staff are respectful and nice, view is wow, spa outside beautiful experience in winter, many amenities ans activities available, rooms are clean but i would ask for better cleaning and bath room needs renovations also. Was there for 5 days 4 nights and asked for more towels multiple times hubg the door knob knocker out for room to be cleaned as our garbages were full and after 2 days nothing was refilled or cleaned, went to front desk and was informed they dont clean rooms during a stay since covid. I asked for atleast our garbages to be cleaned and for the few towels that were originally there to be swapped out for clean ones there was two adults and 1 child so 2 towels was not gping to cut it for 4 nights stay. After another day i called the front desk and almost begged for more towels and face clothes and they brought us one towel and had to find some face cloths to provide

The hotel is wonderful, it is located on a beautiful lake, the view was magnificent at the sunset. The hotel offers many amenities for children and adults, it has also a little pool and hydromassage next to the lake. Excellent and not too expensive

Greeted by a grumpy teenager. Room wasn’t ready until 5pm When we finally got them, Fridge was leaking and TV wasn’t working Small TVs with cable only Rooms are seriously old and shabby. Mold everywhere in the bathrooms. We were given the wrong prices for the restaurant and had to argue over a 250$ breakfast tab
