Usually impressed with leonardo however experience at this one was disappointing and so leaving my first ever review! Arrived and the booked, paid for room with terrace was unavailable, told sorry can't do anything, ended up emailing head office and suddenly a room was available to move into after 1100 the next day (3 night break, lost an evening and impacted a day immediately having to move). Didn't receive paid for room. Room was okay, but needs a refresh, walls and carpet all marked, bathroom shower area all needs a clean as mould and shower heads leaking (both rooms we were in were like this). No milk for tea/coffee provided and bring your own hairdryer- the one in the comfort room was unusable. one of the 8 usb ports worked- and why is there one plug for lamp, coffee machine and kettle- i was crawling under the desk constantly to use different appliances! Terrace floor tiles loose/uneven/broken, and one seat was broken in half so not to be sat on. Outside the room lobby was okay and clean- lift rails however hanging off! Also be aware that comfort room we were put in first of all was at the front and so was noisy as overlooking square. Disappointing stay which hopefully leonardo can rectify as never had this before with these hotels.
