A combined business/ family stay. A junior suite for three people, only two towels, two glasses and two mugs. This was remedied on request, but the same happened again when housekeeping visited, while NOT cleaning the room. Also, it clearly states that there would be bathrobes in the room, this was not the case. Upon request, I was told that if there were any available they would bring them up… there were none. I received a text message to this effect, the same text also told me to ask housekeeping the following day, something I could not do as I had to leave the hotel at 6.30 in the morning. The cover on the air con unit was hanging off ( the tape used to hold it in place had given up) the table tops and window sills were covered in dust. On a plus note, the gentleman at reception was pleasant.

Charged for being 30 min late
Check out is 11am. I got a few job calls and had to do some work in the morning. At 11.15 someone knock on the door. At 11.30 am - when I was on my way out - they came again. Nobody at reception when I left. But when I came home I was met by an email with a receipt. They had charged me for late check out and they pointed out that they had knocked on my door twice. They finished the mail "we hope to see you again". This was "Ryanair". I am a tour operator who spent many nights in hotels and I do expect more from a place which should be exclusive and high quality. Many better places in Liverpool for this rate.

Perfect hotel for our night in Liverpool
Had a fantastic 1 night stay in one of the suites. Staff were polite and courteous on check-in (as they also were at checkout), room was clean and tidy with ample space. Location is perfectly positioned for all the amenities of the city centre. Would highly recommended and would happily stay here again. Thank you

Fab fab fab!!
Lovely hotel. Arrived before check in was open and was able to leave luggage securely. Check in was efficiant. Room was amazing. Lovely and big, clean and modern. Loved the light up mirror, was great for getting ready and doing my makeup. Didnt usevthe bar,but that looked really nice and cozy. Will definitely be staying again

Brilliant hotel
We had a fantastic two night stay here, for the second time. The location is unbelievable. Minutes rom Liverpool One, Cavern Quarter and anything else you can think of. Despite this, it felt quiet around the hotel and no noise in the evenings. The staff were friendly and the rooms are spacious, clean and warm! Think this will be our go to whenever we're in Liverpool.

It’s a boutique hotel and the appearance has got exactly that in mind. It’s a shame that the bar doesn’t seem very popular because it’s very nice. The suite itself was nice but lacked some of the amenities you can expect from hotels these days, like power sockets on either side of the bed. There was a table and chairs tucked in the corner with no lighting, which the area of the room could benefit from. I know I’m being very harsh criticising but these things do matter because people won’t be using the room like they would love to. Don’t get me wrong I had a lovely stay and the staff were also really friendly and helpful. Car park discount is an added bonus in a city that is very restrictive and expensive when it comes to parking.

Superb hotel
Location is fantastic, right in the centre by Liverpool One and a short walk to the docks. The staff were all lovely and friendly. We staying in room 301 a junior suite. Really spacious room and bathroom. I'm guessing the bed was a super king, very comfy. Kettle with proper sized cups, so you can have a decent brew. We travelled in November and there was no shortage of heating in the room. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel and very friendly staff, our room was fab and very spacious. The only things that prevented an overall 5 rating were not having bedside powerpoints and the room could really do with blackout blinds as even with curtains drawn and lights off the room wasn't dark. Otherwise, had a great stay and would recommend.
