Terrible experience!!
Terrible experience, they canceled my reservation without notifying me. I arrived at the hotel at night only to find out that they had canceled my booking to resell it at a higher price to someone else, taking advantage of the fact that Liverpool FC was playing that day. They didn’t care about leaving us stranded on the street at midnight, in the cold, me and my dad, who is 70 years old and it is his first time in the UK, forcing us to search for another hotel at that hour, and none had availability precisely because of the football match. According to them, they helped me find another hotel, and when I arrived at that one, they told me they had no availability! I paid for two very expensive taxis due to their lies. They also said they wouldn’t charge me for the reservation I had already paid for, but they did! It’s been a week, and they haven’t refunded my money! In the end, after hours, I was able to find a hotel on my own, but I had to pay triple what Crowne Plaza Liverpool Airport cost. Terrible experience, I never had an experience like this in my life.
