Breakfast buffet is excellent and offers an omelette station and of course western and Japanese foods. It is a great base from which to travel to both Naoshima and to hiroshima by bullet train . Check-in was very easy. The staff was very friendly, attentive and spoke very good English which was nice. Stayed in a non-smoking queen with lounge access, room was above average for typical Japanese size hotel room. The 17th floor and room was showing a little bit of wear specifically the carpeting in both. Lounge staff was very nice. Super convenient to Okayama station and plenty of food options near by.

Great hotel right next door to Okayama train station- so v convenient. Staff through out hotel really friendly and helpful. Bedrooms have amazing vistas of the mountains and bed is super comfortable. Laundry service excellent. Bar on top floor has amazing views. Breakfast room on top floor over looking the railway tracks - dark and cramped. Disappointing.
