My recent stay. While my experience wasn't entirely negative, there were a few aspects that I believe could be improved. I would prefer not to leave a negative public review, but I wanted to share my thoughts directly.
I was particularly disappointed with the situation regarding the room safe and air conditioning. Upon arrival, I was initially informed that the air conditioning could not be turned on for the first two days of my stay. It wasn't until late on the third day that I was told the system could be rebooted and activated, which was eventually done. I also encountered an issue with the room safe, which seemed poorly maintained. I requested assistance at reception and was given a key, but it was the wrong one. It took two days to resolve this issue and get access to the safe.
On a positive note, the food was really good. However, the drinks machines were quite poor; for example, the Pepsi tasted very watered down. I would also like to commend the staff, who were always polite and very helpful, especially regarding our additional needs. As my mum has disabilities, they assisted us in arranging wheelchair hire from a local company and purchasing a walking stick, which was greatly appreciated.
My biggest disappointment was the swimming pool. I never went for a swim during my entire stay because the pool did not appear very clean. I understand that they may have been trying to clean
