There was a double billing issue, despite my repeated notifications to the staff at both check-in and check-out that I had prepaid through Expedia.
More concerning are the unauthorized charges. At check-in, a 50-euro deposit was temporarily charged, for which I received a receipt. However, my credit card was charged a higher amount without my consent and without a receipt.
I’ve asked for an explanation more than twice, but after a week, I’ve received no answer. This has caused a serious loss of trust.
