The Hotel reception staff was not at all accommodating, as soon as I checked in I told them that I thought I had booked 2 rooms and they said that it was only one and with only 1 bed and we were 2, they gave me 1 room with 2 beds, 3 hours later the front desk staff called me to inform me I had booked 2 rooms and that I needed to go to the front desk to pick up the other key, I told them that I had told them that I thought it was 2 rooms and that it was to late, they told me that I had to contact Hotel.com and talk to them in order for them not to charge me for the other room, I told the front desk staff that they should be the ones to call them and solve this sense I had mentioned on my check in that I thought it was for 2 rooms, the front desk staff insisted that I should call and made it seem like it was my fault, really bad approach... bad customer service...
