Check in was a breeze with the staff super helpful. I had a king room on level 4 which was extremely comfortable. There was a coffee machine (Nespresso) with a couple of pods, as well as your standard coffee and tea fixings. Small milk in the fridge. The bed was possibly the most comfortable bed i have slept on in a long time with lovely soft pillows. All towels were in amazing condition and were also super soft and clean. Toiletries were nice quality. Air con unit provided great heating for cooler nights.
The only down side to the hotel? Water pressure in the shower was terrible. There was just no force behind it, it almost just dribbled out. I had also placed my towels back on the rack so i could reuse (try and reduce the need for excess water usage where I can) but they were still changed over.
Parking at the hotel is also limited. There is a bistro onsite, along with a little pokie area which gets the locals in. With them using the hotel carpark, guests are advised to park on the street or across the road in the public carpark at McDonald's. Not ideal when you've got suitcases and what not. Maybe those patronizing the bistro could do that instead, leaving the hotel carpark for guests staying there.
Just a thought...
Love the location though, a few minutes walk and you're in the city centre and Maccas across the road for a sneaky late night chai!
I would happily stay here again 🤗
