Dirty grill and table after knowing we would use with the rental of the Maryland conference room that was paid in full in advance. Staff didn’t know how to access outside lighting. We had to sit in the dark. ADA rooms are not accessible. No pots and pans in certain rooms. Staffing don’t want to work. Pushed responsibility off on others. BWI location is much better. The staff are friendly and efficient. The hotel room was much smaller than what I expected (queen suite), but it was clean and the shower had great water pressure. There was a small kitchen (which had no utensils, plates, bowls, or cups - but it had a dishwasher) with a full refrigerator/ice maker. There were enough breakfast choices and the gym was clean and had a variety of equipment (although the 20lb weights were missing). There is even an area with a nice basketball hoop (ask to borrow the ball).
