Although I showed a fully paid voucher and also showed them the bank charge, the reception desk man (Bender) demanded that I must pay again or sleep in the street (it was to late to find another place) alleging problems in the reservation. Despite he was being called from expedia to assure him that the room was paid for, he refused to refund my money, and the people from expedia told me that he refused also to refund and give them an explanation.
Minutes after they had the same problem with another 2 customers, nevertheless he allow them to access the room, but he denied my reimburse.
I have scalated the problem in expedia, but if expedia does not refund my money, I have literally been robbed!
