Nice hotel with great staff!
The room was clean and neat. Shower could use some work, but the room was useable and comfortable. We tracked some hiking dirt into the room ans the front desk was kind enough to call maintenance for a broom to clean it up. We thanked the man for coming out on a Sunday night to help us, we appreciate how much the staff tried to help us make sure the room didn’t get too dirty during our stay. You are very lucky to have a dedicated staff that is willing to help when guests need something.

The staff went above and beyond to help me find something I had lost a few months ago. It was very clean. Our room was very nice. A little stuffy. But all together is wonderful. Stay

It was a place to sleep for the night. It was clean and the bed was okay. Nothing was awful about this place but nothing really stood out either. It was simply average.

It was an excellent stay at a reasonable price near Mt. Rainier. The air conditioner was a bit loud but I wouldn't mark it down just for that.

I’ve stayed here before. Real close to what I like to do. Sightseeing at Mt Rainier and the rivers and the farmland. There are more than a few good restaurants in a square mile and has a hometown feel

2/10 Poor

Mold in bathroom. Damaged tub. Did not make bed or or check towels soap etc. Patio door not locked. Poorly maintained outside stairs. These stairs were the only access to second floor. Party central in some of the rooms. Lobby was not always manned. Refer was so filled with frost it was unusable. I Would Not Recommend.

The shower had very low water pressure that switched back and forth from hot to cold. The people in the room next to us were loud and we heard way too much for our comfort.

Thank you for your help with the technicalities of the tv and shower device. You are doing a great job with the remodeling. We had a good conversation about this (with maintenance manager) and he brought me a shower/tub mat because of my concerns with slipping and falling. I also suggested that when you remodel bathrooms you consider putting in safety bars for entry and standing in the shower/tub. All of us could use preventive safety devices. They are not just for "handicapped" individuals. Also, I would suggest you tell dog owners they may not leave their pets alone in the units as some dogs can get very lonely and bark a lot. You probably do and this person just didn't listen. This was Sunday morning. Thank you for an otherwise very nice stay.

2/10 Poor

There was no hot water in the bathroom sink. It smelled so bad like Lysol it was making me nauseous. The air conditioner was so loud I was afraid it was going to blow up. Over all it was just very uncomfortable.
